my breast milk quantity and quality is very low what food's I have to take pls suggest to improve breast milk

You Should include good amount of fibre green leafy vegetables and liquids into your daily diet as probably is going to help in increasing the breast feeding that you are feeding also you can take some help from lactation supplements after consulting the doctor as to which one would be the best for you
