Q.

my breast milk colour change .its become little black and more watery.can i feed my baby this milk?

A. Hi Mom, Watery milk is not problem. Foremilk is the milk available when your baby starts feeding, hindmilk is the milk your baby gets at the end of the feed. This 'watery milk has a higher lactose content and less fat than the milk stored in the milk-making cells higher up in your breast. If you find any color change that discomforts you, you can consult the lactation consultant for better advice.
