Q.

My breast are paining while breastfeeding. white spots are there in nipple and it pains and pricks a lot. please give me permanent solution

A. your baby is one month old if you have any type of breast pain then you should know that you have to empty the breast each time they are filled with milk any such failure to do so can lead to milk clogging and pain you can do hot fomentation and express the milk
