My boy Was suffering from loose motion from yesterday. he is 2.4years. today now i see he poop black colour.. what is the reason? and what i should do??? please doctor reply soon i am so worried

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Black colour motion is mostly due to an iron supplement if you are giving any to the child so that would be the reason I lose motions could be due to various reasons that lose motions are continuous as of now when you should check with your doctor ones
