Q.
My boy shakes his head and cries and sleeps: he takes less sleep and does not sleep as he should and puts his hands in his ears.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. such type of habits and behaviour usually improve with increasing age of the child and does nots require any type of intervention. you can divert the child to prevent the habit / behaviour. this is stotally fine and not to be worried about. take care.
