Q.

my boy not sleep properly in the night time he always moving and forward to me and sucking for milk thats why im not sleep properly due to lack of sleep i do not work properly in the house i m very weak and head ache must weakness

A. Hello Try to cut one of his nap And indulge him in activities both indoor and outdoor The more he will play the more he’ll be tired and sleep well an when you’ll cut one of his nap He’ll sleep peacefully at night to cover that nap time I do the same with my baby Also feed him properly at night before putting him to sleep so that he’s full and will wake up in the morning Hope this helps
