SreyaMom of a 4 m old girl3 days agoA. Hello mam my four month old is taking only 60ml per feed nine times a day but she is active amd alert and as i told her current weight was 5.9kg birth weight was 2.465kg

Mam the weight gain happens with a proper diet if your child is not eating you can ask your doctor to advise you with the syrup which will help in activating the appetite of the child plus you should give more of proteins in the diet of your child which would be very healthy to be given to the child
