Q.
My boy is having running nose for 1.5 months.When he sleeps he makes noise from nose.. I have changed 2 doctors and given multiple medicines.. ,,Also gave nasal drop finished 2 bottles but no result.. please suggest what to do??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
As a home remedy steam inhalation would be gvery useful .
Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as prer the symptoms .
Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

have you checked for allergy?
it happens because of it
along with that ,I advise to dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
place bowl of chopped onion and garlic pods near your child bed approx 1.4 feet far overnight which definitely help to reduce the congestion.
keep your child head slightly elevated while sleeping
so a child can breathe well.
