my boy is having extreme runny nose with cough and loose motions since yesterday..any efficient remedies?

Sinarist amd maxtra you can give to the child three times in the day with a gap of eight hours each along with that to lose motions you can give entrogermina twice in a day for three days but you should definitely check with your doctor for further assistance and medication to be given
