my boy is 5yrs old and suffering from cough and sneezing from past 3months

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child. For cold / running nose give syp wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2- 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold) Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block. For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing For fever and pain give paracetamol Go for homed remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink.

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello give steam and you can also use instant cold releif rub from Babyhug which can help and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
