My boy is 5years old and we have been noticing red color in the poop. What could be the possible reasons. I don’t think it’s because of the food he had eaten.

A. There can be a possibility that it is blood in the motion of the child so just to confirm whether to check by getting a test done of the motion of your child to know what is the problem or you can talk to your doctor about straight in the first place
