Q.
My boy is 5 months old, He is on formula milk.. after doctor's suggestion i started giving him other liquid. started with toor and moong daal pani but he doesn't like it. he spits out after few spoons. so what else i can give to him ?

If You don’t mind I would advise you to wait for one more month started in the beginning of seventh month I am sure your doctor has advised you to go for it but actually this is not the correct age and when you start feeding your child make sure that you are adding all the necessary spices like salt and all and feed your child in 3/4 reclining position when you go ahead with feeling because it easier for a child to digest the food as of now you must be feeling in the lying down position which is not correct
