my boy is 5 months old. baby is active and taking feeding , he is on formula milk and his urine is smelling. really worried.

it might happen because of diapers
please stop using them for now.
prefer Cotton nappies.
but Change it at regular intervals of 2 or 3 hours or immediately once it get wet.
offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child.
keep that area clean.
avoid using soap or soapy bubbly water while bathing your child.
use Luke warm water to clean this part.
clean this part from front to back.
