my boy is 4yr 5months old he is suffering from loose motion what medicine can I give

A. he is suffering loose motions u may gv ORS... keep the baby well hydrated gv coconut water butter milk lassi poha upma apple banana curd .. if motions persists see the dr.. apply coconut oil on tummy area and gently massage in circular motion... take care...
