my boy is 3 yr old n he plays all the day n sleep at afternoon for 2 hours but in night he is not sleeping

A. u can try for early sleeps in night before 10 ....

A. Hello my dear parent! Reduce your child’s afternoon nap time. You can just try engaging your baby with Babyhug books and activities. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Good luck and take care.
