my boy is 2year old and he had small white spots on his cheeks.

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of tguhe skin it needs proper clinical evalruation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
