my boy is 23 months old. he is not talking all words only he say akka bava. any problem

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. by this is the child should be able to say few words with meaning and also should be able to speak one or two words and should be able to understand the commands and orders given by the parents and if it is not present then meet your doctor

Nothing to worry as long as your baby is active and healthy, responding well. Communicate more with your child. Keep telling stories, sing and play together. Give a well balanced healthy diet and keep your baby hydrated all day. Good luck and take care.
