my boy is 2.8 month old he have some white patches in his mouth and lips we don't know what is a reason please suggest some remides

The Child should be checked by a doctor because it could be due to some skin issues or maybe sometimes it could be due to some allergy or infection or deficiency of calcium so it would definitely be very important for you to get it checked with your doctor ones
