My boy is 2.6 yrs old and he is not speaking just saying small words. And when we say anything and ask him to say he is not showing interest to say. I am worried

A. Hello good afternoon !! As the baby is 2.5 years old talking small words ,check if the baby responds to the commands,starts conversation and trying to speak small sentences . Keep talking with baby joining words to make small sentences ,outdoor playing, mingling with kids helps in improving speech. Consult the speech therapist for therapy to improve speech.
