My boy is 12 years old his face is full of water pimples small small wt is it it is pimple pls provide any medicine

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello can be due to some allergy or it would be better to try using mild skin care product which is made of natural ingredient and chemical free like babyhug which can help and any concern it would be better to check with your doctor and she can guide you accordingly
