My boy is 1 year and 4 months old, He got ulcers in the mouth including tongue. What's the best treatment

Dologel you can apply three times in the day to 4 times in the day especially half an hour before you give food to the child also I’m going to recommend you to start goving becasule supplement for the time being for the child which is what is going to be beneficial
