A. Bonnisan Five drops you should give to the child in such a case you can give his medicine minimum three times in a day also I’d like to tell you that you can give this medicine every day also if you need to because a child and cries like this is mostly due to either stomach pain or any kind of gas issues of this medicine is going to settle that down
