my boy have red infection at the bottom idot kown it apotty infection or anything other infection any one can help me

A. rashfree is the best cream i would suggest you. I have seen a better results when compared to any other rash cream in my baby.

A. it's not a diaper rash I meet a dr but medicine are not working

A. For very mild rash you can apply coconut oil. If the rash is increasing you can go for any rash cream available like rashfree / ezinapi / B4napi / zincadl If there is erosion of the skin and some bleeding is present then add t-bact cream to the diaper rash cream. If it is still notd improving then kindly meet your doctor

Yea Sudhir using diaper continuously then it could be due to excessive usage of diaper but without proper assessment we actually cannot figure out what kind of an infection are you talking about so I’m just going to advise you simply as of now to get a check with your paediatrician go ahead with a medication suggested by you are
