my boy has red acne around mouth and body he ha white acne. what happened to him??

Can be skin allergy
Apply atogla lotion on the face
This will help to give relief or u can Apply himalaya calamine lotion.
Also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
