Q.

my boy had fever from 2 days and he was given drops and medicines prescribed by pediatricians. fever goes and comes back. we did some tests and report says dengue antigen nsi positive. platelet count is normal 1.74. do I need to admit it or shall continue course for another 2 days. till yesterday fever was 102 now it's 100.

A. hi sir, now no fever also, but looks tiered bcz he is not taking feed. and motion urine is normal. but very sleepy sleepy sleepy

A. you need to follow the doctor as the doctor advice you whether to continue with medicine or admit in hospital keep baby well hydrated increase the water intake take care
