my boy get fever from 3 days please suggest a good medicine for him

Hi parent To control fever ,(if it's 100f or more) , paracetamol drops can be given to her.as recommended by your doctor take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered in the morning keep her Hydrated by giving her a spoon of water every 30 minutes in day time
