Q.
my boy fell down from bed two days back and his eye shows like wise in the picture I attached ..Im giving ice pack on his eye...he is active eating and sleeping well....should I need to take him to doctor?

it looks like because of the fall there might be a slight injury so definitely you can a little amount of ice wrapped in a cloth, if the child will not have any other issues no need to worry.
if the baby will fall from the bed then definitely you how to observe for any external injuries or cuts.
observe the baby for minimum 48 hours for any signs of unconsciousness, vomiting , unusual behaviour , or bleeding from mouth nose or ears
if any of these problems present then you have to consult the doctor immediately.
otherwise for small simple injury or cuts , no need to worry much.
