Q.

my boy baby now 148 days old..now a days he reduced feeding as per 24 hours he take 5 times breast feeding only. then he feed only 5 minutes and also he pass urine 4-5 times only it's normal...his birth weight 2.670 gram now he is 6 kg it's ok or not

A. yes in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also. the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding. meet the doctor for weight assessment. if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake. if the growth of the child is proper thereu is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child

A. hello according to the baby weight gain it means the baby is taking sufficient milk and nothing to worry and please note that baby gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 gram per month is a good indication that the babies taking sufficient milk
