mam, weight gain food includes food items like different vegetables ( i.e. boiled potato, sweet potato , pumpkin etc) , fruits (apple , banana, papaya, avacado, chickoo etc) ,nuts and dried fruits (fig , almond , cashew , apricots ,dates ),etc.
you can serve full cream milk with dry fruits powder.
you can also add one or two tsp of ghee in every meal of your child.
