my boy 2years 9 months he is say only few words not saying all full sentences.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. Hai good afternoon !! As baby is 2.5+ years old ... Check if baby recognizing colours,all things (toys, animals, vehicles, fruits and vegetables , giving direct eye contact, mingling with same age kids engaging in playing, talking around 70-80 words, responding to name. If not then consult Paeditrician or speech therapist.
