Q.
my both child's are mostly Brest milk feed upto 4 month of their age. after that both babies are full formula feed. my question is how should I protect my child's from illness in future. how to boost their immunity and other things that brest milk does ? both babies are 32 weeks premi. now they are almost 7 months as per due date

Formula is good too don't worry once after six months your baby should have completed six months for any other foods like water or juice or even any other food. This is because only milk provides all the necessary nutrients. And early solid foods will lead to stomach upset and constipation
