my BM was completely very low lyk drops on 3rd day of delivery and she gave me lactare tablets to have 3 tym a day two tabs at once if u want try this and i take it still when i feel my bm low

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. mostly during first three days the breast milk is always low but as the baby grows and starts to suck well your breast milk supply increases so no need to worry just have good nutrition and try to sleep whenever baby is sleeping

Try to keep head up position while feeding
Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
Burp well after every feeding
Maintain Hydration
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food to increase your milk or take lactogen tablet to increase your milk supply
