you mean to say, you are having acne, right ?
if yes then i would suggest some tips which help you :
first please take green veggies, fresh fruits more and keep your self well hydrated
it will help to detoxify your skin.
take enough sleep.
apply pure aloe vera gel or honey on acne
both will equally good and effective
