my bby 4 month old bby poo is greenish and red spots in that is this normal ? having both formula and breastfeed please explain

Red spot in the motion are usually associated with blood so I would not advise you to wait any further please talk to your doctor about it and if they confirm that it is blood in the motion then it’s usually associated with stomach infection a proper course of antibiotics would be suggested for the same
