my bay boy is 10 years old pls tell me which best fruits and vegetables is given my baby

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. you should give all seasonal fruits and vegetables to the baby no any diet restrictions should be there the dash should comprise of proteins which are the building blocks of the body with minerals which are provided by fruits and vegetables and also fibre and keep them hydrated
