my bay 1.3 years old he pooping today like some mucus is this normal? past 4 days the musuc comes little with all over the poop

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever andh vomiting and its knogwn as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

it could be because of the cough she might had.
please give her more probiotics like fresh curd and buttermilk
don't give her milk other than breast milk
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
