Q.
my bad had both natal and neonatal teeth... now she is 10months old... her natal teeth falled 2mnths back.. both below row first 2 teeths.. but later the natal teeth seperated away and then falled.. now she has a new teeth at the point where the natal teeth had fallen off... but there is a teeth gap between them.. and no teeth... but there is a small fleshy projection btw them too indicating a teeth bfr the natal teeth falled off... but till now there is no teeth..

but still it is advisable to once get it clinically checked as it is difficult to say anything without a clinical examination. . .

Consult with your doctor or dentist once for proper medical examination and treatment
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Take a good care of your baby
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Stay hydrated
Offer different varieties of food
