My babys birth weight was 2kg 300 grams he has severe gas problem and also his digestive system is very weak which causes him constipation can you please tell me at what month the gas pain will go and his digestion will improve?

burp well afyer feeding and practice tummy time.
do tummy massage in circular motion.
