Q.
my babygirl is 21 month old. I am still continuing breastfeeding. due to often night feeding I don't have enough sleep. and my eyes are swollen and I facing alot of health issues due to lack of sleep. I don't know how to wean off. or else I just want to stop the night feeding. pl guide me.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl9 months agoA. Ma’am your breastfeeding you first have to introduce a complimentary feeding you can use a feeding bottle or you can use a spout sipper going to be good and you can start giving any other milk other than yours to meet the need of your child
