Q.
My babybis 3 years old.She has fever and mouth ulcer.so that she is not eating anything.which medicine to give

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Fever is commonly seen in babies and mostly it's viral infection which is very common in children.
But if fever is high grade and persisting or assosiated with specific symptoms than other causes should also be ruled out .
Antipyretic like paracetamol or ibuprofen or mefenamic acid are usually given to reduce fever . Cold gdsponging with lukewarm water is also helpful .
Dofctor consultation should be done if symptoms like excessive irritability dullness loss of appetite less urine output is there .

Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. hello actually no self medication as the commanded you can use consulting your doctor some gel they will prescribe and also try to keep your baby hydrated well and very hygiene give lot and lot of fluid
