My baby3.5months old body temperature is 99.9 armpit. is it consider fever or normal

Samyuktha KuppeMom of a 3 m old boy2 weeks agoA. 99.5 is normal fever the temparature from 100 to104 is considered as Doctor anyway consulting a doctor is fine as the temperature is very close to get fever
