my baby wt is not increasing.i can't understand why like this happening.but his feeding taking properly

A. Look if the child is eating properly then sometimes the weight gain doesn’t happen because of nutritional deficiency so you can consult your doctor they’ll give you proper advice how do you need to proceed with giving food and supplements to the child for overall growth and weight gain
