my baby will latch for 5 minutes then leave so giving pumped milk from 60 to 70 ml

A. Initial five minutes the breast milk quality will be watery, hence the baby is not latching properly for your nipple. Better you may change altarnatively, that manually drained initial five minutes breast milk out and after that hour baby will latching properly as the quality will be good afterwards.
