My baby will do more vomitings after feeding He is now 4 mnths old . #AskTheExpert

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, vomiting is common among breastfed baby. burp baby after every feed.
Burp in sitting position better than on shoulder
keeping the head and chest at a level higher than stomach helps to reduce vomit.
if baby is passing urine more than 7 times a day is active and alert and gaining adequate weight ,at least 500 gram per month then do not worry

usually it is normal
but if a child spiting milk in water like consistency and in larger quantity then you should consult your pediatrician for once.
please give small and frequent feeds
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding.
burp your baby in between and after each feeding
