Mom of a 10 m old girl5 months ago
Q.

My baby will be 6 months old next week and I sense she is having separation anxiety where she needs my presence all the time. My in-laws are insisting it's because of me co-sleeping with her during the night. I need to train her to sleep in the cradle but also I want her to give me the emotional attachment she needs in this tough phase. Any suggestions on how to proceed further?

A. Yes mam, but my mil thinks it's because I'm spoiling my baby. I want to make sure if I'm doing the right thing or not !

A. Ma’am I’m not understanding your problem what is the problem in keeping the child with you the child sleeps on bed with you and every child has a separation anxiety from the beginning itself because they are completely dependent on their mother and they are more comfortable with the mother because at the end of the day mother is only doing everything I don’t think so your approach is wrong anywhere
