Q.

My baby will be 6 month old in few days. Exclusively breastfeeding . I wanted know how many times a day should I give him semi solid & at which time of the day.

A. Hello mom would suggest that you initially start with liquid consistency foods first , and as they accept well you can move to semi solid and mashed consistency foods start mainly in the day time
