My baby will be 4 months old in a week. She does sound entire day as if she is about to poop but she doesnt. But her pooping is normal like once or twice a day. Am not sure if she is playfully doing that noise or is she is having any issue. Can u help

A. if he is exclusively breastfed then constipation is rare. he will pass stools eventually. do tummy time, cycling motion of legs, do burp properly. if child becomes irritable , not feeding well , then consult your paediatrician. formula fed babies may have constipation. so watch for consistency of stools as well. . .
