Q.

My baby will be 3 year old by end of year and I am concerned because he don't speak more words and mostly use the single words and that too with very few words , he can understand everything we say and I also noticed that he mostly want to play with us and makes an eye contact very rarely.

A. please take the help of speech therapist interact more with the baby to improve the vocabulary Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
