A. for vomiting you can give drops domstal or drops perinorm 2 to 3 drops half an hour before feed and then wait for 15 to 20 minutes and then you can give feeding. during this time please keep the child in and upright position. vomiting medicines can be given maximum 3 times per day if required. it is important tod meet the doctor to rule out any obstruction and regurgitation and reflux issues in the child

A. Stomach reflex is a very common issue with kids and that is why they can vomit or spit milk very occasionally in small age so that is completely normal and natural for a child so just make sure that you’re feeding your child on demand that would definitely help a lot
