Shorten each breastfeeding session before stopping it completely.
Postpone breastfeeding sessions and Substitute food, drinks, or comfort for breastfeeding.
Distract your toddler.
Stopping gradually will also help prevent problems like overfull, hard (engorged) breasts and mastitis.

ask help from your partner to make your child sleep at night time
give warm milk before sleep time
